Roles to suit you
Full-time or part-time and highly flexible roles are available. As one of the fastest growing businesses of our kind in the UK, we offer excellent prospects for career and earnings progression, according to your capabilities. For example, if you show an aptitude for sales we may be able to offer you a new or a hybrid role with considerably greater earning potential, or if you show skill/experience in other areas, such as chattels valuation or snagging reports, we will give you the opportunities to use those skills.
No residential property should be let to tenants unless a forensic level inspection and Inventory have been carried out, describing in detail the state of the property and its contents. The only reliable method is to use state of the art recording equipment. This creates an unassailable baseline of condition for future reference, either at mid-term inspections or check-outs when the tenant leaves. The calibre of the inventory determines the ease with which the deposit return is handled.
Forensic Detail
Accredited Video Inventory Agents are highly trained to note all relevant details, including cleanliness, damage, functionality, decoration, appliances and utility meter readings. You will be trained to professionally author high resolution DVDs. We take care of all typing of the written inventory and you will be able to select jobs on line using our system, thus freeing up your time to take on as much work as you can cope with.
Video Inventory Agents liaise direct with letting agents/landlords to arrange access to the properties, document the evidence, return the keys and then simply create the finished film and check the written inventory once typed for them. We insure you, train you, do all the admin, provide all the work and pay you a great rate.
